I think the DOD has blocked me out of their website
Could someone help me with this? I'm getting a server error when I try to access:

Anyone else get it too?

I've been hitting them with this same question every day since the 2nd anniversary of the war, and I'm going to keep asking it until I get an answer...

The Los Angeles Times has you quoted today saying, "I don't think that there's anything in our Constitution that says that the president should not protect the country unless he gets some non-Americans' participation or approval of that."

Perhaps not the Constitution, but so-called "pre-emptive" strikes are prohibited by the UN Charter, to which the US is signatory. Article 51 thereof permits unilateral military action only in a situation of being under "armed attack", which rules out pre-emption entirely. In fact, "waging an aggressive war in violation of international treaties and assurances" is a war crime for which 10 Nazis were hung in 1946.

Is this message intended to signal that the United States is formally withdrawing from the Charter? And is the Department of Defense willing to expose Americans employed there to war crimes charges at some time in the future?"
