Our Remaining Independent Branch of Government,...
,...the Judicial Branch,...is digging in its heals,...standing firm.

Shiavo is merely the mist of the storm.

The Judicial Branch has maintained limits in scores of the neoCONS' abuses of power.

Perhaps, the neoCONs are using Terri to distract from the consistent breaches of "rules of law" they are violating.

THE NEOCONS ARE BREAKING THE RULES OF LAW, THE RULES OF LIFE/LIBERTY/JUSTICE,...EVERY SINGLE DAY.

,...and they are KILLING people,....every single day,...

1. The odd thing about it is that many of them who are
digging in their heels are republicans.

Not all republicans are the enemy. Some still respect the separation of powers and the rule of law.

2. Yup. Our fellow Americans, who are Republican, are fighting back, too.
Without the "rule of law",...we cannot be a republic or a democracy.

Those who are "ruling" our country, today,...have proven their disrespect,...their exploitation of every fundamental value which has held this country TOGETHER.

I cannot wait for their demise. The whole WORLD will cheer,...imagine THAT!!!!

3. Whatever happened to the movement to get them tried under

RICO laws? Let's face it, they are nothing better than criminal mobsters, even if they have positions of power in our government. It wouldn't be the first time a criminal gang took over seats of government. It is the first time they coopted the federal government though and they should be investigated and charged with their crimes, not to mention a war tribunal for war crimes. Where's Elliott Ness when we need him?
