Shrub for doing everything for the American people line Vinick did on that show?
Many times I watch this show and kind of believe it close to what happens.

I sure can't ever way Shrub had good intentions on anything!

As a Republican, Vinick would never get away with having such class - and intelligence - in real life.

You're probably right. I was trying to think of any President from the past that an opposing party candidate could say kind things about. I guess maybe Ike, but I was too young too know. Maybe Kennedy, but it would be because of the assination and not true feelings that he had done a good job.

Certainly no one after that that I can think of.
