Imagine a Bush Impeachment in 2007!!! Why Not?
Led by Howard Dean, the Democratic Party will retake both branches of Congress in 2006 by demanding:

1) an immediate withdrawl from Iraq
2) an end to Bush's Big Brother Government

The next two years will be a happy deadlock as Impeachment Proceedings and Election 2008 tie up DC!

FU Bush! :hi:

15. If his enablers start seeing him as a liability as regards their own
ambitions, they'll happily pitch him to us "barbarians".

I actually expect to see twice as many "Don't Blame Me, I Voted For Kerry" as there were actual Kerry voters, as repukes have become expert at ducking responsibility.

25. One can dream
Bush is way worse and there's tons to get him with. The thing though is not to publically say you're going to impeach him I think. There are a lot of issues we can use to get more seats in 2006. Plus do many people vote for elections like this? If all of us encourage people to go out and vote (I know I am) maybe we can win.

10. Sounds good to me....
2005 is the start, as people slowly realize the Bush scam

2006, when we regain majorities in Congress

2007, when we get PROOF of some of the things that Bush has done which are 'high crimes'.

2008, when Bush and his cronies are put before the International Tribunal.

16. One word why not - CHENEY
Unless he could be indicted too, he'd take over for Bush. That puts him in a prime position to be drafted by the Repubs in 2008. You know they'd use the argument that he successfully recovered the country from the impeachment damage done to the country and deserves to continue the "reforms" he's implemented, plus any political party that is as intent on bringing down a president as the Dems have been since 2000 don't deserve to run the country, etc, etc, etc.

17. My gut instinct says that IMPEACHMENT will be in 2005
Kerry and Edwards WILL NOT wait until after this year to start the impeachment. THAT'S NUTS!!! I don't think dumb dumb will be in office during the holidays. Summer time should be INTERESTING!!!!

Waiting for the IMPEACHMENT WHILE THE SCANDALS KEEP UNFOLDING

37. I agree, I agree. And 3 top Psychics say it's so. All say Bush is "out"
of Power by year-end. Two indicate something in June-Sept cycle. Someone also said on another thread here recently, that Shrub's astrological chart shows problems beginning in June (something about completion of cycle re: past 'wrong,' i.e. Election Fraud). If so, I do not feel Cheney will step in as Prez. By then, his RICO charges (re: Halliburton), and War Crime charges will prevent that.

18. It's a nice dream, but it ain't happenin folks!
Remember that little problem of DEMS NOT IN CONTROL OF EITHER HOUSE OF CONGRESS?

An impeachment hearing has to originate in the House. Kerry's in the Senate, and Edwards is out of gov't completely. We just don't have enough Reps to initiate something like that.

You can hope for regaining control in 2006, but it's a longshot.

21. I BELIEVE
I don't know about some of you guys, but I believe impeachment could happen sooner than 2006.

Check out www.RecalltheCongress.com We can start legally weeding out the bad repukes through the state level and get back consent of the governed that way. It can happen.

I believe more than ever now. Some Repubs are waking up and some are crossing the aisles. Some might change their party affiliation. I think their relation with Bush is getting more intense.

I have this feeling that some big scandal is getting ready bust wide open. Soon, very soon. I know many of you guys were making predictions of some catalyst event taking place in a couple months that would cause the administration to implode. I'd like to hear some of those predictions again, if you don't mind.

From oilempire.us: "Oil we are saying is give impeachment a chance."

:)

This is when the money has to be raised, the issues have to be developed, the district surveyed and getting strong local Democratic organizations in place ready to win elections and put Democrats in the position to start cleaning up the many messes Repugnicans are leaving for us everywhere.
