3. The tribe is limiting access

I heard that the tribe isn't letting the press set up their little carnival area of broadcast trucks. The tribal leaders also said they didn't want public funerals like at Columbine. The leaders are trying to avoid the usual media circus. I guess because its tribal land they have more control over the media's access.
