When Terri dies...

* Video of her mother, near hysterical, screaming and calling Michael and Judge Greer murderers. It will be played non-stop. The family will restate their most heinous accusations against Michael, and people will sympathize with them because of their obvious pain.

* The family will start a NEW battle over the disposition of Terri's body. Again, a near-hysterical Mrs. Schindler will plead for the right to bury Terri as they see fit. They will lose this battle.

* If she dies tomorrow or Sunday, expect Robertson, Terry, Falwell at all to make constant comparisons to Jesus.

* Most politicians will be strangely silent. The republicans have gotten their asses handed to them on this. Expect a few, non-imflammatory statements of condolences and remorse.

* Only minor violence, if any, in Florida. The freepers are all talk.

* After everything settles down, nothing will change, and people will file Terri away with Donna Rice, Karen Ann Quindlan, Jessica Hahn and other story-of-the-weeks. Books will be written - few people will buy them.

Freepers may be all talk but the fanatical right to life movement is not

My ex declined a pretty high position with Planned Parenthood because of the tactics of this group.

I had to PAY FOR SECURITY for my own employees to defend them entering and leaving my office in San Diego which happened to share space with Planned Parenthood (Barbara Boxer even CAME to my office during the height of the antics)

My office was acid bombed ( a very noxious gas which sent one of my pregnant employees to the hospital)and we evacuated numerous times due to other bomb threats.

Another time said pregnant employee WHO WAS 7 MONTHS ALONG AND HUGE was accosted by these fanatical assholes because they thought SHE was going to get an abortion...her BP went out of whack and she ended up needing emergency care for that. She ended up going off work early when she needed to work as long as possible since the risk was not worth it.

This is Randall Terry's organization. This is not ball-less freepers with small dicks and big mouths. This is a violent organization with obsessive compulsive people as their members.

I would not underestimate the potential for violence from these people when Terri Schiavo passes.

I worry for the employees of the hospice.

Remember these people are the reason FIRST AMENDMENT ZONES were created in the first place was because of their intimidation tactics.

The only thing the hospice can do is have security which, no doubt, they already do..but if these people have targetted any of the doctors or staff..there's not much that can be done.

Frankly the manner in which our government has inflamed them is about as irresponsible as I can imagine.

This caused a frenzy of emotional outbursts, and my husband asked me to get on DU to find out if this were true or not. Anyone in FL seeing any footage from the hospice?

I think Michael and Judge Greer will be called that, and perhaps some of the other judges involved.

But this is NOT a Democrat vs. Republican issue, at all. Judge Greer is a conservative, christian Republican. Most judges involved have been appointed by Republicans. Democrats are NOT out front leading the charge to pull the tube.

It's a one-sided Republican battle, and they still managed to lose.
