I think that in truth it is the battle they were enjoying. They do not
really care if she dies. This is a battle that they knew they were going to lose from the start..much like the Social Security bullcrap. Then they will have a martyr whose name they will be able to invoke during the '06 elections. This will be used particularly in the Florida elections in '06 when they try to unseat the Democratic incumbents.

We are not reading about the deaths in Iraq. We have not seen the explosion at the oil refinery in Texas on the front page..Could that happen in Alsaka if we drill there?..
