the records were released to her folks during the trial for the purpose of expert review. These "experts" are reviewing the records to determine if Terry Schiavo's physician's assessments are accurate.

and while I agree there may be a HIPPA violation, the fine print in some of those agreements makes my head swim. Who knows what's been signed?
