What are Jeb Bush's options now?
I heard that the Schindlers are asking him to throw out the FL constitution in order to "save" Terri! Will/can he actually do this in a day or two? What kind of insanity is going on here???

1. I think the Gov is out of options now. His last effort was to issue
a request to the State to let the State take custody of Terri. That is the ruling they are waiting for from Judge Greer right now. They expect it by noon today.

4. So now is his only option to defy the US & FL constitutions
by taking illegal custody of Terri? Guess he would have to declare martial law and take soldiers into the hospital with machine guns. Just when I thought the situation in this country couldn't get any more bizarre...

9. Well As He & His Brother Are Not Used To The Word No
I expect him to declare his imperialcy and do something insane. I'm waiting to see what he tries next, and how far he will go. I hope he is sowing the seeds of his political destruction with this.

12. It is often said in DU
"You nailed it"

This petulant, spoiled, crude family of over-doing-its will not accept 'no' for an answer even if their collective noses fall off.

They will seek revenge at any cost.

11. has he completely ruined his chances of becoming president?
this crazy stunt might have revealed him to be the nut-job we all suspected he was. People won't forget about this I wouldn't think.

16. I certainly hope so!
I suspect he will now have SOME lifelong followers who wanted him to do everything he could and he did that. But I also think there are a lot of people who are very upset that he, or any Gov't arm entered this issue. It sounds to me like there are more of the latter catagory.
