If Bush defies the courts he will be in conflict with the state and federal constitutions; police in the state are also under the courts' orders. If Gov. Bush defies the court, just as Wallace did, he will be in OPEN REBELLION against the rule of law and Florida itself will be in OPEN REBELLION against the Constitution of the United States. PRES. Bush, to uphold his oath, will be REQUIRED to order U.S. troops into Florida and put down the rebellion.
