Government interference into health care -- ohhhh the hypocrisy
I had posted this as part of another thread but feel it deserves it's own place:

Reichwinger have their talking points -- here's a few of our own (feel free to add)

1 - Bush signed a law allowing removal of life support while texas governor

2 - Bush rails against activist judges - yet in signing the "emergency" law he went "judge shopping" for an activist of his own

3 - Bush rushes back to DC -- yet mere days after 9-11 he plays golf (watch my swing), and while 10's of thousands were devastated by the Tsunami -- he went for a bike ride -- meanwhile where was he the other day when the Minnesota school shooting occured - where's his outrage -- where's the GOPer Congress?

4 - Bush and the GOP rant against national health care because they say it will allow the government to interfere and make medical decisions for you -- doesn't this "act of Congress" do the same thing?

2. Unfortunately, hypocrisy is too complicated for the masses.
A BABY dies because a hospital withdraws feeding tubes and life support because the family can't pay--a law Bush signed into being. Two word frame?

How does one put that hypocrisy into the "two word" frame? That's all that matters now. It's all rhetoric; ideas and thought and complicated things like hypocrisy and irony just don't matter anymore.
