Well I guess Terri can file for divorce and get everything her husband owns once she wakes up. And about the sedation, she has no cognitive ability whatsoever. Here cerebral cortex is gone! She isn't thinking, feeling, chewing, joking, spitting, running or playing twister. Of course she looks "sedated". There is nothing going on behind the curtain.

First, it was greedy Michael Schiavo. Next, it was the activist judges. Now, it is the evil Hospice. Does this woman even know what goes on in a Hospice facility. It is their job to help people die under the best possible circumstances. My godmother worked at a Hospice facility for years, and I tell you, there is a job that I could not handle. If I were a religious man in the slightest, I would tell these workers, "God bless you."

The Catholic Workers are by no means, crazy right-wingers. They are very left-wing on most issues, but differ with most progressives on the issue of abortion. I disagree with their stand on abortion (and the lady with the water bottle), but respect the consistancy of their pro-life beleifs. They oppose war and the death penalty, as well as abortion.

Anyway, this poor lady's heart was in the right place. No one wants to see Terri Schiavo suffer. The media and the Republicans have turned this into a disgusting spectacle.
