Can George W. Bush declare me a terrorist, arrest me without charges, hold me indefinitely, and render me for torture to another country?

If a member of my family lapses into a persistent vegetative state requiring a feeding tube, can the federal government require me to pay for that care even if it results in bankruptcy without debt erasure or charge me with murder for removing the feeding tube?

If I were raped and impregnated could Congress hold a special session and determine that my pregnancy was an exceptional case and fobid me to have an abortion and charge me with murder if I did?

Can Congress and George W. Bush override any decision that my husband and I have made about our family's well-being and negate totally the sanctity of our marriage?

Can Tom DeLay do anything he wants with my body if Congress approves it?

Can they draft my only child and send him to a foreign land to die or be maimed for the profit and pleasure of the Bush family and their friends?

Can religious doctrine (Falwell, Hind, the Pope, etc.) override the rule of law?

Can the federal government have access to all of my personal information and property without my knowledge of approval but operate in secrecy itself?

Can the federal government use the words "de novo" and "exceptional" to override the Constitution and state and local law whenever it wants?

Can they use our fot-profit health care system, "Culture of Life" enforcement, the death penalty, and the new bankruptcy law to turn us all into indentured servants or prisoners or execute us?

2. I think we are going to be pleasantly surprised at how the Federal

judiciary will back the Florida courts on this one. The issue Florida judge Greer, among others, decided is one of the more difficult to be faced by a judge. The federal judges know and appreciate that and, as the district court has pointed out, this matter has been thouroughly litigated. Every possible argument has been exhausted. It's over. This is also where life tenure is a blessing for the federal bench.
