Pinellas (FL) Repubs come to defense of Greer regarding DeLay's comments
http://www.sptimes.com/2005/03/22/Northpinellas/Local_Republicans_bac.shtml

Just found this to be informative in light of DeLay's comments re: Schiavo and the judicial process.

Of course, in the eyes of the FReeps these people coming to Greer's defense are all actually shadow liberals or RINOS who don't deserve to be called conservative or Republicans either.

1. Yes, why wouldn't Florida repubs be insulted by right wing insinuation
that they tolerate a bad law, or bad judges?

2. Ohhh....yuck......
"Ronald Reagan had the 11th commandment: Thou shalt not speak ill of a fellow Republican," DiMatteo said. "I wish more would follow the commandment of Ronald Reagan.""

Saint Ronald already?

3. You know the wing-nuts are out in force
When even these guys defend the judge. I met a guy about 18 months ago at a Dean meet-up in Pinellas, who used to be a member of the Pinellas Republican Executive Committee. The nut-jobs ran him out of there.

Now he's switched parties, and running for the statehouse as a Dem.
