My name is Carla Sauer Iyer. I am over the age of eighteen and make this statement of my own personal knowledge.

2. I am a registered nurse in the State of Florida, having been licensed continuously in Florida from 1997 to the present. Prior to that I was a Licensed Practical Nurse for about four years.

3. I was employed at Palm Garden of Largo Convalescent Center in Largo, Florida from April of 1995 to July 1996, while Terri Schiavo was a patient there.

4. It was clear to me at Palm Gardens that all decisions regarding Terri Schiavo were made by Michael Schiavo, with no allowance made for any discussion, debate or normal professional judgment. My initial training there consisted solely of the instruction “Do what Michael Schiavo tells you or you will be terminated.” This struck me as extremely odd.

Is it possible that Michael was overbearing, because he wanted the best treatment possible, hence why in the first 13 years of her condition she never had a bedsore. Maybe she was pissed because she got fired for defying an order, so she said all this.

Read that again...she worked at this facility in 1996...that's almost9years ago.

The statue of limitations in most criminal cases are 7 years. If she thought Mrs. Schaivo's care was poor or inadequate then why didn't she step forward in the many court cases?

Was she called to testify in the 1998 ruling that allowed Michael Schiavo to pull the tube? If not, then she should go back to whatever rock she crawled out of and cash the RNC check. If she did, then obviously her "professional" judgement wasn't professional enough for a judge to rule against Mr. Schiavo.

Knowing the Rove machine, this is probably another cooked story meant to twist and distort this fiasco further and give the corporate media more news to manufacture.

Both Michael and Adams said that she would be worth more to him if she were dead. I ultimately called the police relative to this situation, and was terminated the next day.

So she was terminated in July of 1996, made the phone call to the police the day before she was terminated. Apparently the police thought it was bogus too, since I don't see an arrest report.

The affadavit is dated September 2003 (no specific day). I would imagine she contact the Schindlers around this time.
