Is the Federal Court hearing on Schiavo going on right now?

Is there any CSPAN coverage or this or a timetable for the Court's decision? I assume this is going on in western Florida on Eastern Time.

6. Similarities between this and Elian Gonzalez case...

There will always be intense interest in difficult cases such as this.

However, now that I think about it, the Gonzalez situation was resolved relatively quickly, I guess.
