2. The person who wrote that memo

My suspicion is that some low-level factotum in the mighty Republican Wurlitzer wrote that memo and is amazed, amused, and quite possibly drunk with the power that the memo has been shown to have: Congress comes back from a recess weekend, Stupidhead comes back to DC from his ersatz ranch, and all the media go into hyperventilating overdrive.

All because of one lil ol' memo. Our nation's "leaders" are such sheep.
