3. I can't follow it either.

And I've written C++ professionally, and know a bit of XML. All this stuff he's describing is sort of a paranoid theoretical, even if it is factually correct to some degree. The incoherent writing style leads me to believe that this person either needs to learn to write, or is mentally unbalanced. :)
