What would you do with these neighbors?
The parents' ordeal began about eight months ago when, according to county records, a woman named Heidi M. Davis bought a home in the Westridge Village neighborhood for about $365,000.

Davis never moved in, but a man named Jerry Andrews did, along with a younger woman apparently from Ukraine. Then another man, Mike Carroll, moved in, but he didn't seem to stay long.

At first, neighbors didn't think much about it.

Until Halloween rolled around.

Wow - I thought it couldn't get any weirder, and THEN the sex offender shows up!

3. Crazy!
You always have to be careful with your children! Who the hell would let them go (ALONE) to a stranger's Halloween party!!! Weird!

4. Ok, that's freaky
Good for those parents whose radars went off and they investigated.

Otherwise, this could have been a very sad story.

5. What's even more bizarre . . .
is that Andrews once offered me a "management job" at one of his various "businesses" in Key West. Needless to say, I was extremely surprised to see donco6's post and read the Rocky Mountain News article. It's a small and extremely screwed up world.

7. I'd be tempted to call the cops all the time
Very sick to throw a halloween party for the neighbors kiddies. There should be a law against that.

there's a website devoted to bringing Mr. Andrews down:

Edit to add that he sounds like a danger not only to children, but adults, as well.
