Who owns the mineral rights in ANWR?
If the people do then shouldn't we have legal rights as to drilling?
Does anyone know who owns the mineral rights? And what does it take to sue over this?

1. Alaska Permanent Fund
APF might be getting a cut. Every citizen of Alaska gets a dividend check from the SALE of their natural resources. Go to Alaska forum. I started a thread there several days ago. Also Google the subject. You will be angry.

2. No doubt lawsuits are coming
The Canadians are pissed because it will interfere with the caribou that migrate from Alaska to their country. My guess is it will be one among may lawsuits to come. Any oil from ANWR will be lucky to make to the surface in twenty years.
