5. They AREN'T coming home, we NEVER planned to leave
We invaded and started nesting in the form of 15 military bases and an embassy under construction.

As the poster above said, the PNAC plan dictates a permanent presence and Bush is following each and every step in that plan without deviation.

Next up - Syria and Iran!
