Homeland Security taps Arizona for bioterrorism drill --Arizona has been chosen as a counterterrorism site for a U.S. Department of Homeland Security drill in May 2007. Dubbed "TopOff 4," the test is the largest counterterrorism exercise in the United States.

2. In the Arizona post someone thought it was because AZ was an almost

blue in 2004 and I personally wondered if it had something to do with
the minutemen malitia (citizens protecting the border). Just wanted some input from others.

5. My super deluxe, high tech vibrating tinfoil hat says that there

were hijack drills on 9/11, which confused the response to the real incident.

Bio-terror attacks occuring during bio-terror drills would have the same result. And Bushco needs to have something to point to when putting up *'s successor, because everyone knows that * is so charming and down to earth that people voted for him because of him being him, and whoever follows him won't be him. Gotta give their new guy and edge.

Kind of a 'speak of the devil' thing.

You are aware that on 9/11 there was a terror drill ordered by the FAA - the scenario being that there was a hijacked jet in the northeast. When the real jets were hijacked, quite coincidentally, the same day... Well, nobody I've heard has talked about confusion between the drill and the reality, but it did seem to provide cover for there not being any interceptors being sent up until it was too late. And this, just months after that guy in the small plane had a heart attack or something and drifted off course, and within 12 minutes had a fighter tailing him. Why were the SOPs not followed on 9/11?

May '07 will be the beginning of the run for the '08 elections. *'s chosen successor will be anointed by the republicans by then. As I said above, the republican line is that * is a charmer, who swept the American electorate off its collective feet. I don't believe it to be true, because I look at him and feel an instinctive revulsion, and I don't think I an too far out of the ordinary. *'s charm won the election, with the help of ES&S and Diebold, and tactics of fear mongering. I fear that a well publicized bio-terror drill could be used by unnamed persons as a diversion for an actual bio-terror attack, as the 9/11 drill was used to provide fog for the 9/11 attacks.

This, of course, leads into LIHOP and MIHOP, hence, the deluxe tinfoil hat, with its built in snooze button.

9. Very much so... Scary maybe I should move before 5/07... but think

a nuke more likely than bioterra in next attack...Also wonder why bushitler chumming it up with Calangelo at the Tee Pee in Phoenix right before the election...Still have a gut feeling that they were up to no good. They look like two peas in a pod together. MIHOP, bet my hat bigger than yours. And thanks for your response.

..that the day the media report on the findings of the Florida election 2000 was to be in the headlines, was 9/11?

So, we can look for the day the reports on election 2004 are to make headlines, will be the day of a bio-terror attack, eh?

Geez, I wished I had some links for ya. I'm working from memory here. Surely, if enough others read these comments, one of them will have some links handy.

Basically, a few media organizations got together and hand counted the votes form Florida 2000. It took them all of 10 months after the election to do the task. Their report was published on the twelth, IIRC, but of course was buried by the events of the previous day. There have been numerous threads on DU over the years about this matter.

You can trust me, but verify. If you hear anything different let me know, eh?

3. Seems logical that they would use White Plains and any other area they use

to test weapons...they already have it secured and destroyed...why not.
