My mom made fun of Jim Gibbons to his face!!

Here's what she wrote me. She was helping to dedicate a statue of Sarah Winnemuca and I guess Gibbons was there. I had sent her the story about Gibbons saying liberals should be human shields. Then I told her he plagiarized the speech.

I showed Congressman Gibbons my Birkenstocks and reminded him I taught
school in Clark Co. for 29 yr! He turned very red. We both smiled! I did not kick him with my Birkenstocks because he was standing next to Shelley Berkley,hostess of the lavish dinner at U.S. Printing Office. I feared he might fall on her.
