1. Actually, the DNC didn't set this up. It was started by Howard Dean
last year after losing the primary. It will sometimes take positions and support candidates that the DNC might not support.

2. Thanks for your correction, I got this web site from a democracy meeting
I figured it was the DNC because that is who was holding the meeting, and what the discussion was about.
