Bush's campaign rhetoric same as Lefkow killer... "activist judge"
Just saw a report on MSNBC that cited the killer's suicide note. He targeted Lefkow as an "activist judge" and threw in accusations against her patriotism.

Has the actual letter been posted yet? Some of it sounds like it was lifted from Bush's campaign stump speeches against judges.

2. Set up?
A Rovian ploy--let one "event" serve many purposes--I'm sure that a guy whose life was destroyed by a legal decision wanted to take this last opportunity to protest the process that brought us gay marriage.

Unfortunately, I think it's only going to become more prevalent.

This is like hate-radio rhetoric in the 90s that attacked government. It nurtured the growth of militias, anti-government groups, and Tim McVeigh.

Of course, that was when Democrats in government were targeted as if they controlled everything.

Now, it's "activist judges" thanks to the same crew still spouting their ignorance on the airwaves and the GOP who fuels the rhetoric, led by George W. Bush, himself.....their loudest mouthpiece.
