I sincerely mean that, and as the mother of 2 young toddlers death is not something I take lightly.

Actually other than immediate family and friends Jon Stewart and Howard Dean are the only people on Earth I would take a bullet for. I feel like they are more important than me, to die saving them would be an honor.

Lately people have been bitching about TDS, about Jon helping to hurt America, to them I say lighten the fuck up! Why would you even joke about shit like that? Why!?! Fuck if I know!

Their segments have been so good I want to cry. So what if their guests have sucked recently, which was my complaint. It was not meant as a slam to the hard working people at the Daily Show, so in my own defense I am allowed to hate the shithead guests they have on, it doesn't mean I have any qualms with the people at TDS.

I have loved Jon Stewart since I was 15 (I'm 27 now), I used to stay up late and watch him on Mtv. I have been a daily Daily Show watcher since he took the reigns from Craig Kilborne. I love Jon, I respect him, I would take a bullet for him b/c he has help give me sanity for the last 5 years.

Where the fuck would we be without the 30 minutes of truth we get from Jon 28 weeks a year?

I will not tolerate TDS haters, I will also not be grouped with them.

this past year. DU and Jon Stewart. I used to watch Washington Journal on CSPAN. But after Bush bullied his way back in, I just can't stomach the reichwing callers. Stewart is a class act. He is polite to all his guests. He's on the Comedy Channel...he's not on the nightly network news. He does his job. If only the MSM would do the same.

I agree Jon Stewart is important. Personally I am not afraid of Jon talking to anyone. I know we have some things to learn about the new world out there and if we stick our heads in the sand... our world will not get better - it will just reflect all that the elites want. You have to get into the mud to fight. I am glad that Jon is now doing a little "teaching".

We cannot possibly defend our values and norms from neocons if we do not know the basics. I was very happy to see him start with the teaching.

Also interesting that last week he interviewed a former CIA operative and that Corporate hegemony was the big thing on the CIA agenda before Osama. We need to talk about the 'need' for an enemy.

of people on the far left left you see red & don't see properly anytime someone with another point of view shows up. I think even those guests with the points of view admit that times are changing.

We all have to be open to learning or the elites will have pulled the wool over our eyes and gotten exactly what they need.

He actually is the host of Elmopalooza, if you watch it.

My 3 year old loves Jon too. Not b/c of seasme street, but b/c we watch TDS every night.

Sometimes he screams about wanting to watch TDS but I usually say no unless I am watching it. Their humor is not for 3 year olds, and jokes about rim jobs is not really something I want to explain to him.

Anyway Daily Show haters can kiss my ass, EVERYONE loves Jon Stewart, my grandmother, my repub father in law, every friend that I have.

Jon is a prophet and a gift to us all.
