Who fights for you?
If you are just a schmuck supporting
this country with your taxes and work
Republicans do not fight for
you.

All these party line votes (excepting
this bankruptcy bill where some Dem Senators
are whoring also for the credit card companies)
are very clear indications of who and what Republicans
fight for and who and what Democrats fight
for.

After this bill is voted on, any junkyard
dogs we have ought to be making those differences
very clear. Most Americans have no idea
what's in this bill. Make it crystal clear to
them. Bring out the hankies.

carpe diem boys and girls.

1. Right now, Senator Kennedy is fighting for us
hope you all are watching him on
the Senate floor after three hours
of quorum call because Republicans
don't know if they have the votes
to overturn the Leahy/Sarbanes/Warner
bill....in the interests of the
banking lobby.

Thanks Mr. Kennedy.

3. Now that it's clear that this is a bank and credit card bill
by and for the said industries, will
Dem Senators who would have voted for
this have a change of heart?
