Sell all of your belongings and live under the underpass?

on edit - this is a serious question, I don't know.

1. How did you ever guess?
And get lectured by the people who robbed you in the first place.

2. if you can't declare
then you declared less than 7 years ago, or you are trying to hide something, or dont want to give something up. Which you will probably have to give up anyways.

7. I think the questioner means
-- if you can't get the debt discharged under the "New MBNA - CITI - CHASE - BankOne - Bank of America/Wachovia - GMAC - Ford Motor Credit" friendly law.

In Pittsburgh when the steel mills closed -- the break away (laid off) steel workers used to rent a safety deposit box - put a dead fish in -- and walk away. That's just guerilla warfare though.

8. No, this new bankruptcy reform bill
will eliminate the ability for thousands to file and discharge their debts as before.

4. Let them sue me--
can't get blood out of a turnip -- that's what Bush's buddies like Ken Lay and Paul Bilzerian do.

You can get forms and books from Nolo Press on how to sound like a lawyer in telling them to "pound salt."

10. I think the overall strategy of a Buxh Nation is to make sure that before
blue collar citizens die, all their money has to be transfered to the people that really got Buxh elected.

The paycheck of "Joe Average" always flows uphill to HMOs, credit cards, insurance companies, oil tycoons, and pharmaceutical giants.

Every move Buxh makes takes more of our savings and puts it in the pockets of major corporations while protecting the wealthy from losing theirs.

The goal is to ensure the "middle class" dies only after being totally fleeced and penniless.

11. A friend of ours who didn't want bankruptcy on his record
tried to pay his debt off.(This was twenty years ago.) He was very sick but wouldn't do a bankruptcy, so he kept trying to work, didn't eat right if he ate at all and got so sick he died. Well, that took care of his outstanding debt. (There was no estate to go after.)

An employee of mine, apparently never filed income taxes, and he too died of a terminal illness. The IRS came looking for him months after he died. They looked so disappointed when I told him he was among the dearly departed.

So dying seems to be the only way to beat the system these days.

these right-wing corporatists despise the poor (which pretty soon will be everyone but them). They'd love to just kill us all, but they'll settle for throwing us in Abu Graib.

15. Don't count on the underpass being there.
There are a couple of threads about recent reports on the decaying infrastructure. Bridges will be crumbling, as well.

Or you could move up North & go out on a ice floe--until Global Warming catches up with us.
