FYI Dubya, the "I" in FICA stands for "Insurance" not "Investment".
And since you've probably never seen a paycheck: The amount deducted for Social Security is listed as "FICA".
I know Cheney sent you on a road trip, but that's just to keep you out of the way while he and the other neocons do the "hard work" of destroying our country. Don't you remember what happened while you were away from "your" office back in the summer of 2001?
