Looks like things are gonna go down before they go back up.

7. Unfortunately there will be another poll soon
that will show a much higher number. Not over 50%, but it will be up there. The BFEE can't have one of their "mandates" smelling like shit.

13. Majority of bush supporters still believe:
Iraq did 911;
Iraq in bed with al Qaeda;
Iraq had WMD;
we've found WMD in Iraq;
the world supported bush's invasion of Iraq;
the world supported the election of bush;
bush supports multilateral approaches to international issues
supports the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty;
favors US participation in the Kyoto treaty;
supports the International Criminal Court;
favors including labor and environmental standards in trade agreements...

http://www.pipa.org/OnlineReports/Pres_Election_04/html/new_10_21_04.html

In other words, they're so dumb, they don't yet realize that bush is a big ugly liar with no integrity whatsover.

That, and they're just dumb, period.

20. Morality did
not terrorism. Kerry and bush were nearly tied on the issue of terrorim by the end of the election. The trick was that the republicans switched the focus of the election after kerry won the national security debate to morality and values. However, the good news for the dems is that dean is the chairmen and he is out there setting up grassroots campaigns in red states as we speak. 2006 could be the democrat's contract with america.

25. I agree, it was terrorism
And the Swift Boat liar ads did a real number on Kerry. The Kerry campaign tried desperately to shift the focus to domestic issues and were not successful. Even Mary Beth Cahill said this.

28. Kerry should have slammed those frigging liars like he slammed them 30 yrs
ago, when O'Neill was laughed out of town by leftwing & rightwing. And then he should have slammed the bush-bitches on the US State Media for their bullshit.

Every single thing the SBLs claimed was PROVEN FALSE. Multiple times.

But hey, ANY AMERICANS who can chant on about PURPLE HEART BANDAIDS and MOCK OUR MILITARY and call the entire US Navy nothing but LIARS are THE MOST UNPATRIOTIC BASTARDS this country has EVER been so unfortunate to have.

30. He should have IMMEDIATELY slammed them, you're right, BIG MISTAKE
There were some within the campaign that were pushing for that but MBCahill made a really bad call on that, by holding back.

They wanted to do an ad asap that slammed each and every one of those liars, one by one. That one decision may have cost us the election. (aside from the cheating of course)

21. When will rightwingnuts ever learn...
Approval rating for BUSH'S INVASION of Iraq;

39%.

And just think; if the warmongering moran MINORITY had bothered to STFU for 2 minutes and LISTEN to half of America and to the rest of the entire world BEFORE bush's war of aggression, all those people now dead & torn to shreds Americans, "coalition", and Iraqis would still be sane and whole and alive.

Oh yeah, and we wouldn't be the #1 most despised nation in the world, we wouldn't now be LESS SAFE, we wouldn't have INCREASED THE THREAT of terrorism, and we wouldn't have $300 billion gone (with at least another $200 billion to go).

And yes that means Saddam Hussein would still be in power...JUST LIKE BUSH SAID HE COULD:

bush; Saddam can keep rule if he complies
http://www.dailytimes.com.pk/default.asp?page=story_23-10-2002_pg4_1

Rice and Powell Say that a Disarmed Saddam Could Stay in Power
http://www.intelmessages.org/Messages/National_Security/wwwboard/messages/2159.html

Saddam can stay if he disarms, Powell says
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&q=Saddam+can+stay+if+he+disarms%2C+Powell+says&btnG=Search

Tony Blair; "If military action proves necessary, it will be to uphold the authority of the UN and to ensure Saddam is disarmed of his weapons of mass destruction, not to overthrow him. It is why, detestable as I find his regime, he could stay in power if he disarms peacefully."
http://www.sundayherald.com/print31827

And guess what? Hussein WAS disarmed, and had been since the early 1990s. Just as he'd been saying all along. But that couldn't be proved BEFORE bush's invasion, because BUSH KICKED THE UN WEAPONS TEAMS OUT OF IRAQ.

The Iraq/Terrorism thing is crazy.

And 54% Disapprove of what Bush is doing with taxes, yet 50% still trust republicans more with taxes? How fucking dense can you get? What will it take for people to wake up and see that democrats actually do a better job in that area? I mean, the record deficit sure doesn't seem to be enough.

29. You'd think after "READ MY LIPS" they'd have got it. But then, with the
biggest DEFICIT in US history, rethugs still think Dems are the big spenders party.

And with bush STILL at a NET JOB LOSS, the first since Hoover, and since EVERY DEM president has done BETTER than every rethug on jobs, you'd think they'd have got that, too.

But there's a reason rightwingnuts are the STUPIDEST MFers on the planet.
