...the Moral Scolds would never allow a show with "code" words like "dick" and "dyke" in the title. And the way he kept triping ('nother code word there) over that ottoman (y'know, as in Ottoman Empire, where Hashish was invented!), it undermined respect for the family patriarch.

Sure, most of your big name actors are liberals, but the people who actually run Hollywood, the studio execs, company presidents, the money men, are almost all conservatives. And sad to say, more and more actors are becoming conservative.

35. Actually, the Indian film industry produces more films, generates
more profits, and reaches a wider audience than Hollywood can ever dream of doing. Of course, a lot of it is Bollywood schlock, but they have at least as many high-quality films coming out every year as Hollywood does. We just don't see them, or if we do we see them sub-titled in art houses.
