Rader/BTK, the alleged mass-murderer is a Republican...
I just called the Sedgwick County, Kansas Election Commissioner's office, and they confirmed that Dennis Rader was a registered Republican.

Why am I not surprised???

4. Good, then we should start calling him Registered Republican Dennis Rader
the way Michael Skakel is always called "Kennedy Cousin Michaal Skakel."

6. I am more surprised that they gave out that information
But I am not surprised by that evil man's party affiliation---from what I have heard, he was GOP personified.

7. Election Commissioner's office gives out personal information?
I thought that was illegal.

If it's not, it should be.

12. Nope, not illegal... I first asked what his affiliation was...
and she said she could only confirm or deny questions about his registration. I asked if he was a registered Republican, and she said "Yes."

I said "Thank you!"

13. Nope, party affiliation is a matter of public record
Your home address and all that other stuff, however, is not given out by the elections offices.

15. now THAT is the more relevant issue here
that so many, many people go to church and claim to be Christians, and yet that is ALL they do.
They are fake Christians. Nothing to back it up.

18. Not sure what your point is, but..........................................
So by your same logic:
All by-the-book code enforcement officer are grouped in with him.
All former Cub Scout leaders are grouped in with him.
All groups he associated with are now suspect?

It is part of his profile to be a chameleon, to fit in.

Obviously, by murdering 10 women excludes him from being a "devout Christian"

But you already know that, don't you?

that John Wayne Gacy :+ was known for his Democratic connections. (remember the famous photo w/Gacy and Rosalyn Carter in the 70's?)

Hope this wasn't a dupe post...

He was active in his church for over 30 years, and he is considered a leader.

Why am I not suprised?
