So Chimp is a Pot Head.
Why isn't the liberal media screeching about this?

1. BS, he's just courting the youth vote.
There are people, usually alcoholics, who don't like pot, and Bush strikes me as one.

4. How is it bullshit?
He's been taped admitting he's smoked dope.

That makes him a pot head, according to the "right" side.

So why isn't the liberal elite media bleating this 24/7?

7. Maybe close to a majority of everyone after a certain generation

has puffed, doesn't mean he likes it, or did it more than just a couple of times. It's just my experience that REAL addicts don't mess much with pot, although pot is psychologically addictive to some. Apprently it isn't the kind of high that hard drug and alcohol users prefer. Oh yeah, and I know some life-long correctional professionals who say similar things about the difference between pot users and criminals.

2. Because nobody cares, and they know it
Most people had some exposure to pot when they were kids. They only support the colossal stupidity of the drug war because they want to control their OWN kids.

Besides, that "R" absolves him of all evil. You see, he BELIEVES, and faith alone is sufficient to make him a saint on earth, no matter how many tens of thousands of people he destroys. And he's rich, whcih means god has anointed him, according to Calvinism.

5. Correction: They only care when the President has a (D) after his name.
Then the "liberal media" screeches in fury 24/7 for decades.

6. Because He's Pot-Headedness Makes Him a Saint, Don't You Know?
The person who recorded those conversations was certainly acting with Bush's blessing. Notice the difference between what Bush said on the tape and what he would have said if it was an honest conversation:

BUSH ON TAPE:
I'm just not going to answer questions about marijuana because I love children and care about them very much and don't want them doing drugs. Children are the future and everything I do is for them. I am a very honest person and I would never tell a lie unless it is so that I can be the personal savior to millions of American children!

IF BUSH WAS BEING HONEST
Look, I'm pretty sure there is no way that I can be elected President of the United States if I admit to all the times I snorted blow off the tits of Tijuana hookers. I gotta come up with some lame-ass bullshit lie... help me out here. What do ya think about me refusing to answer that question for the sake of the children? That usually plays good in them rectangular states... it's fer the sake o' the childrins. That's the ticket.

8. I wish he were still smoking it, it would probably make him a better
person.

It certainly couldn't make him any worse.
