It's Good to Be Anne Coulter! No really.
Edited on Tue Mar-01-05 12:09 PM by iconoclastNYC
If you don't hate Anne Coulter yet, watch this clip and that will probably change.

http://movies.ziaspace.com/HannityColmescoulterLiar.mov

She never has to answer Colmes' question. All she can do is repeat "Abortion, Abortion, Abortion", and then call him a liar. She knew she couldn't answer the question without acknowledging the rank hypocrisy on the Right so she just fillibustered.

So she's reprehensible! I know, I know! But the role she plays for the right is valuable and the techniques she employs are genius. I would love to do was she does for a living, only not for the forces of evil.

Frau Coluter is the most hated Conservative in America to liberals, and I want to be the most hated liberal to American conservatives. I'd love to make millions selling half-baked trash books. Just think how fun it' must be to go on TV and hawk them by belching out ad hominem attacks against Republicans.

I'd love to serve as the person who gives liberals the OK to dehumanize the Republican leadership and shame people who tow the Right-wing line. That's all Anne exists for, just to make the idiots on the Right who don't really know anything feel OK and cool for hating liberals as much as Coulter pretends she does.

Just imagine, I'd get to appear on TV as some sort of intellectual, but i wouldn't actually have to do any real work! I wouldn't have to do research or really prove anything. All I'd have to do is look sexy, act all indignant and self righteous, and serve as a verbal assassin for the left-wing. My family theraphist said back when I was about 16 that I have a uncanny ability to use words and reason as weapons, so I'm definitely qualified.

I think I could do it better than Coluter because I could back up my vitriol with real facts, more then just harping on one issue like Abortion. The Republican record harms real live LIVING people, the middle class, the lower class, the soldiers in IRAQ, and everyone but those top 1% who get capital gains tax cuts and increased profits from rollbacks of consumer, worker, and environmental protections.

We have to give liberals the right to detest Republicans. The leaders they support are destroying our economy, trashing individual liberties and protections from intrusive government, destroying historic alliances, and subverting democracy with a fake free press and every manner of election chicanery. They are dismantling everything good our government has done for the people since the Great Depression and they take us all for fools.

The Right doesn't have any tolerance for people that don't fit thier provincial mold, so why should we blue-staters tolerate thier ignorance and the evil and destruction they are abetting?

Liberals must be taught 5 or 6 buzz sound bites to shame and ridicule conservatives. It ain't pretty, but it's effective. The left must fight to win. We're getting nowhere being the nice guys. We are up against Fascism, and everything is on the line.

So, who will be the liberal Anne Coulter?

I volunteer. I'm a hell of a lot better looking than Alan Colmes, and I have twice the gravitas. Where do I sign up?

Jeff Gannon got credentialed to be a White House reporter with less of a background in journalism then I have, so why the hell can't I be the Liberal Anne Coulter?

As is said, If you can dream it, you can live it.

Of course, ask Jeff Gannon and he'll tell you it helps to be fucking a senior White House staffer and/or prominent Republican party activists from Texas.

Don't mess with Texas!

God bless America.

3. I know, she's vile.
But imagine if there was someone like working for us, slightly less vile, with more facts behind them.

Her role is to rally the knuckle draggers, and it is effective.

The best we have now is Howard Dean and Kucinich. If we had more it would be harder for the Corporate media monopoloy to filter us all out.

6. Why don't we clone her and just reverse the polarity?
Edited on Tue Mar-01-05 12:21 PM by ktowntennesseedem
As much as she makes me sick right now, I would probably fall in love with an "anti-Ann" if she was doing it for our side.

...on second thought, I would support her, but couldn't fall in love with the whole adams-apple thing...

24. She is a liar and misinformed
and talks about hitting liberals with baseball bats and bombing the UN. I don't think we need someone like her on our side. I hope not.

4. I'm with you.
Willfully ignorant, sociopathological supporters of the new fascism are anti-American traitors to our country and should rightfully be considered prariahs by intelligent Americans and the rest of the world.

If we don't expose the wrong wing for the dangerous fanatics they are, they will take the whole country down with them because the rest of the world will not allow amerikkka to run roughshod over them and the retribution for the last five years will make busholini's false flag op on 9/11 look like a tea party.

Only the corporate spin is allowed anyway.

What's your point?

7. We should invade their countries, kill their leaders and convert them to
Liberalism.

-When contemplating college republicans, you really regret once again that John Walker, who's of the same religion as Ann Coulter, is not getting the death penalty. We need to execute people like John Walker in order to physically intimidate republicans, by making them realize that they can be killed, too. Otherwise, they will turn out to be outright traitors."

-republicanism And Terrorism: Different Stages Of Same Disease

-republicans become indignant when you question their patriotism, but simultaneously work overtime to give terrorists a cushion for the next attack and laugh at dumb Americans who love their country and hate the enemy.

-There are no good republicans.

-My only regret with Timothy McVeigh is he did not go to the Fox News building.

8. Ouch...
Actually I worked in the Fox News building so that kinda hits close to home.

If any liberal had said that they would never have been booked on another TV show ever again.

The right wing blonde in short skirt gets a pass, but not because she's a bimbo, because she helps corporatism.

9. Taking Coulter's own quotes and changing "liberals" to "republicans"
would incite rightwingnut riots. It's ok if you're a republican.

10. Her worst nightmare?
An empty auditorium, a dead mike in her hand, and crickets chirping outside.

That's her worst nightmare, rush's worst nightmare, all of them.

Refuse to engage such vile creatures. They don't deserve your time or attention. Seriously. They LOVE it.

Seriously? Wow. I'm not just talking about not giving her money, I took that as a given for this site, I meant not giving her and other like her a moment of your time or attention.

How can you respect her? If she were on our side, I'd want her to go the hell away. She's a fucking loon.

15. It's just like Dean said...
"I hate Republicans and everything they stand for, but I admire their discipline and their organization."

I hate that Anne is working for evil. But I admire what she does for her cause.

She makes the assholes to the left of her (Hannity, Limbaugh) seem more reasonable and authoritative, and she rallies to rubes to keep on hating Liberals.

This is powerful. Republicans know to appeal to emotion. The left just make appeals to logic, which works for people who actually think.

These red-state people are not critical thinkers. They have just been politicized by getting them to hate liberals, because liberals are baby killers and homosexuals and elitist.

We have to appeal to their emotions and get them to see who is really screwing over the American dream.

We can build a better Anne Coulter for the left.

Some think that Michelle Maulkin is Anne Coulter 2.0 for the right.

even with that. All she does is repeat talking points she's given from someone higher up (possibly Karl Rove). She just likes to pretend she's a journalist and that's all. Just like Jeff Gannon.

That bitch is DERANGED!!! I know that that isn't news to any of you but that was the first time I ever saw her appear so unhinged. She seemed to laugh uncontrollably throughout most of the interview. She was either 1)very nervous about being called on her bullshit. 2)Losing her mind on national television. 3) High on coke.

16. How about all of the above.
Ann is really off the deep end. I keep expecting her to self destruct in some way. Although if she did self destruct, her sheep fans would forgive her like they did with Rush.

Was it just me or did Sean Hannity look as though even he was embarrassed by her? That would probably be the first sign of any intelligence on his part.

18. I didn't watch the video
Maybe I will now. Hannity and Coulter are good friends and I have wondered in the past if those two have something going.

If Hannity looked embarrassed by her behavior then I will watch the video. That's something new. Maybe she is on coke. Wouldn't surprise me.

She did not know who Lynne Stewart is? Yeah, right. She was rude to Alan Colmes, who actually showed some fire in his belly for a change. And she never answered the question. She really looked stupid and uninformed, repeating the same point that had nothing to do with anything.

Oh, yes, and she and Hannity as SO happy Howard Dean is head of the DNC. But they didn't really look happy.

27. Why did I watch that?
Why did I even click on this thread? I already know I hate that woman. I know she's a vile hypocritical (sp?) liar. She makes me more and more angry each time I read or see her.
In fact, if you want to know what the Repukes are up to next, just read or listen to whatever Man Coulter accuses the Left of. "This party believe in murder, in going against the 10 Commandments" she actually had the gaul to say.
My blood is boiling.
