Bush calls himself a Christian, how can he reconcille the bombing

and killing of tens of thousands civillians for a war that was based on a lie, and how can the evangenlistic Christians reconcille it.

I am not a Christian, but my understanding was that Christ was a pacifist, and a socialist, who encouraged helping the poor

I find the paradox quite interesting, and wonder how Christians deal with this issue, unless of course the message of Christ in turning the other cheek is not what it appears to be

The old testament says don't eat pork, the new testament says it is OK

to make sure he recieved the support of the right wing, and could possibly convince some religous Dems to convert ,and vote for him. How does someone who does'nt like to read alot ,say their favorite book is the Bible ! I get so made when the news for that day will start out at the top of the news being some stupid thing about our great leader and then about several topics later ,it oh yea by the way eight of our brave young men where killed in Iraq by road side bomb. The death of anyone in Iraq that takes place cuse of a war we did not need to start. This should be top of the news with pictures and names ,many are our young men and women, are mostly very young. This and the inocent civilians in Iraq ,is the real top of the news as far as Iam concerned !

bush's OWN CHURCH and bush's OWN CHURCH LEADER called bush's invasion of Iraq "ILLEGAL, IMMORAL AND UNJUST", it did NOT meet the religious standard of a "just war", and that bush should repent & ask for forgiveness.
