Could GanGuk be charged for his apparent prostitution
There is ample evidence out there that suggests that GanGuk participated in illegal acts of prostitution.

Why is not the Attourney General investigating this?

2. I wish
Prostitution trials can force client lists into the open. Gaguckert will have an "accident" before THAT will be allowed to happen.

3. well, seeing as how he's a reichwing Republican
you just know nobody in the Justice Department will arrest him even though he apparently ran an interstate prostitution ring using wire fraud as a means for picking up Johns.

4. Prostitution? In Washington, DC?
Edited on Fri Feb-25-05 05:41 PM by punpirate
If they did that, they'd have to arrest most of Congress, virtually all of the press corps and all the White House.... :P

5. You're Going To Need A Client To ....
..pardon the phrase,to "Squeal on him."

Like us, all they have are the advertisements. They don't have a "John" saying services were rendered. And if they did, they'd mostly likely prosecute the one wanting the rear guard action!

OP

8. Thank you for finally bringing this up..
I've been thinking the same thing. $200 an hour, $1200 a weekend, a top, and many more marketing descripts on his web site that indicate exactly the illegal activity he will provide. It's call Prostitution and it is illegal where he resides.

10. Unless, as another post said, someone squeals
There's not much you can do. He was advertising as an "escort" service. Escort services are not illegal. Prostitution is. But you must prove prostitution. Therefore you need a squealer.
