Juxtaposition: Class action suits muted, Vioxx back on market!!
My husband said now isn't that fascinating, that the minute the Supreme Court holds back people's abilities to recover damages, dangerous medicines are placed back on the market. Same day.

2. I am sure that fear of lawsuits was behind the removal from market
No wonder why they suddenly have the confidence now to put these medicines back on the market since the bill restricting class action lawsuits rapidly sailed through Congress simultaneously. It's all about money.

3. I'm very glad Vioxx will still be available
I never stopped taking mine!! Without it, I can't get around without because of pain, so I'm very happy to get it back.
