I think public spirited people in government are better at delivering
services like medical care, housing for poor and elderly and financial help for the needy than profitmaking companies. Those companies are good at developing new products, marketing them and improving them. So, there is a role for each type of activity in our economy. Why is this not being supported and shouted from the rooftops by the Democrats? The track record of corporations in dealing with the items I have mentioned is poor, let us face it.That is because the corporations see an opportunity to plunder at little risk.Public spirited people see it as an opportunity to serve the needs of people and thus serve the country.Different mindsets, no?
