Who was paying J.D. Guckert?
Edited on Thu Feb-17-05 12:17 PM by realFedUp
We know he was being paid for his "services".
If he charged $200 per hour of his time and
talents, who was paying Mr. G to shill for
the WH and Republicans while he sat among
the WH press corp? Cash under the table or
in his stocking at Christmas?

Wonder what he declared on his tax returns
for the last two years and what for?

6. Even better I wonder what Gannon's arrest record would show?
Any Delaware DUers? Would Lexis Nexis have this?

8. Has he been arrested for solicitation?
How does that work on the Internet?
Is that illegal or just porn?

11. here in Florida (for example) anybody can access arrest records
by typing a name in the Florida Department of Law Enforcement web site form and paying $23 by credit card. Arrest records are public records (aren't they?). State of Delaware might have similar accessibility. Would also be worth checking D.C. arrest records

12. You might have better luck with PACER

http://pacer.uspci.uscourts.gov/

Not all federal courts participate in the U.S. Party/Case Index. The courts that are listed under the option "Courts not on Index" do not have data available on this index. For a complete nationwide search, those courts need to be searched individually. In some instances for courts that provide data on the U.S. Party/Case Index, the data on the court's PACER system may be more current than what is available on the U.S. Party/Case Index. Use the option "Date Ranges" to determine the currency of data from each court on the index.

An access fee of $.08 ($.07 prior to January 1, 2005) per page, as approved by the Judicial Conference of the United States, will be assessed for access to this service.

A login and password, issued by the PACER Service Center, is required for access to PACER either through the dial-up service or the Internet service. If you do not already have a PACER account, you may register on-line from the PACER Service Center web site at http://pacer.psc.uscourts.gov.

If you have comments, suggestions or questions, please send email to the PACER Service Center at pacer@psc.uscourts.gov. If your comment(s) pertain to a specific court, please include the name of that court in your email.

7. Look for connections to Ari Fleisher
that is when Gannon got access, when Ari was still the WH spokesman. Remember Ari made a quick exit right around the time the Plame thing broke.

As a "volunteer" "journalist" he had to support himself somehow. Perhaps he moonlighted for money somehow. Provided certain services.
