We've been on vacation in Florida and are trying to convince the two young nephews in our family who live down there -- and probably voted Republican -- that tinkering with Social Security the way Bush wants to do it is NOT in their best interests. Also, my husband plans to send a copy of Bob Woodward's "Plan of Attack" to our niece by marriage who said she would be interested in reading it.

We're thrilled that Howard Dean is "soldiering on" in the best way. He could have gone home to his wife and his rustic life, but chose to stay on (even after Iowa) and fight!

When I click on the link it tells me first that it's a secure site, then when the page loads all the way, it changed to "unsecured." That's what happened with Firefox, anyway.

I tried it again with IE, and it had the "secure" icon until the page was fully loaded, when it went away.

I don't like doing any financial transactions unless I'm positive the site is 100% secured.
