The McClellan bot
I'm watching the daily press breifing live on CSPAN. McClellan seems to have a much more vacant expression on his face, speaking in choppy words.

It's as if he is reading answers to the reporters' questions off a teleprompter.

1. He seems particularly nervous and careful with his words.
And did you notice that Helen Thomas is in the front again and got called on to ask a question. He quickly tried to humiliate her by telling her to do her research.

6. Today's transcript

And to answer your question about passes, he was asked that yesterday. He pawned it off to the SS and his staff. Typical, same excuse * uses.

5. A reporter asked about the Richard Clarke memo to Rice and
asked if Rice had indeed lied. McClellan said he hadn't seen that memo and didn't know anything about it. Does he believe that anyone is going to buy that?
