3. Well, in some ways, he IS great
He is Greatly deceptive, Greatly cunning, Greatly vindictive and Greatly careless. He has a Great capacity for arrogance, a Great bloodlust, and a Great disregard for the well-being of his countrymen.

Before his rise to power, I would have characterized these traits as overdeveloped personality disorders, but in a president, they are indeed Great. The office of presidency elevates and amplifies quirks and foibles. Presidents are Great. This one happens to be Greatly Evil, but he is Great nonetheless.
