The State Department of Revenue representative states that the judgement has not be satisfied. 9 years and you'd think someone connected like Guckert could come up with a few dollars to throw at this problem.

For the record I owed money to the state of Delaware too. I paid mine off. I guess Guckert and his pals would think I was a sucker.

.....this disposition of this tax issue? Surely he must have paid the outstanding amount, but I haven't been able to determine that, so far. It's been 8+ years. We couldn't get THAT lucky, could we?

36. Well, the local McPaper has picked this up

I dropped this link in a letter to the editor of the Wilmington News Journal and they picked up the story. They also found there is a civil suit against Guckert from 1999. The case files are in archive in Dover and it will take some time to retrieve them.
