3. After a few years, most of them turn into pragmatists

and have to "play the game".. That's why I favor term limits and making all lobbying illegal..(except for true citizen organizations)..

Public electoral financing,lobbying made illegal, and term limits would change the way America works. But it will never happen in my lifetime :(

However, I would wager that the upper levels of DNC and DLC have embeds, so do the candidacies of the frontrunners, Dean, Kerry, perhaps Clark.
