1. She was working a country desk, I think

...and she got shoved around, disregarded, marginalized, etc. just as most of the uniforms did, once the neocon "suits" in their appointed jobs showed up. I hope she talks about those experiences. She ended up retiring--think as a light colonel. I'm sure she was counting the days till she hit her 20 and could bail...it had to be an an ugly experience working with Feith and that crew.
