Nope, I really don't see a pattern here to justify profiling, do you?

So, to ensure we Americans never offend anyone, particularly fanatics intent on killing us, airport security screeners will no longer be allowed to profile certain people. They must conduct random searches of 80-year-old women, little kids, airline pilots with proper identification, secret agents who are members of the President's security detail, 85-year old Congressmen with metal hips, and Medal of Honor winning and former Governor Joe Foss, but leave Muslim Males between the ages 17 and 40 alone because of profiling.

Let's send this to as many people as we can so that the Gloria Aldreds and
other dunder-headed attorneys along with Federal Justices that want to thwart
common sense, feel doubly ashamed of themselves - if they have any such sense.

As the writer of the award winning story "Forrest Gump" so aptly put it,
"Stupid is as stupid does."

Come on people wake up!!!

Keep this going. Pass it on to everyone in your address book.
Our Country and our troops need our support

5. I got this too, from someone at work!
She's a very nice lady, gives me her copies of Sierra mag when she's done, and has never said anything remotely racist that I have heard of. I must be on her 'forward' list, she sends me Funnies a couple times a week. I haven't replied to this one, I don't even know what to say. If I rant that I didn't know she was a racist brainwashed robot, we probably won't get along so well at work.

I thought about just listing white male murderers...bundy, the Oklahoma bombers, etc.

Maybe she just didn't read it before she passed it on?

FASCISM IN AMERICA
WARNINGS FROM CONSERVATIVES & AN INTELLIGENCE INSIDER

First, an article from American Conservative Magazine:

HUNGER FOR DICTATORSHIP:
WAR TO EXPORT DEMOCRACY MAY WRECK OUR OWN

by Scott McConnell

The American Conservative (2/14/2005) -- Students of history inevitably think in terms of periods: the New Deal, McCarthyism, “the Sixties” (1964-1973), the NEP, the purge trials—all have their dates. Weimar, whose cultural excesses made effective propaganda for the Nazis, now seems like the antechamber to Nazism, though surely no Weimar figures perceived their time that way as they were living it. We may pretend to know what lies ahead, feigning certainty to score polemical points, but we never do.
Nonetheless, there are foreshadowings well worth noting. The last weeks of 2004 saw several explicit warnings from the antiwar Right about the coming of an American fascism. Paul Craig Roberts in these pages wrote of the “brownshirting” of American conservatism—a word that might not have surprised had it come from Michael Moore or Michael Lerner. But from a Hoover Institution senior fellow, former assistant secretary of the Treasury in the Reagan administration, and one-time Wall Street Journal editor, it was striking.

Several weeks later, Justin Raimondo, editor of the popular Antiwar.com website, wrote a column headlined, “Today’s Conservatives are Fascists.” Pointing to the justification of torture by conservative legal theorists, widespread support for a militaristic foreign policy, and a retrospective backing of Japanese internment during World War II, Raimondo raised the prospect of “fascism with a democratic face.” His fellow libertarian, Mises Institute president Lew Rockwell, wrote a year-end piece called “The Reality of Red State Fascism,” which claimed that “the most significant socio-political shift in our time has gone almost completely unremarked, and even unnoticed. It is the dramatic shift of the red-state bourgeoisie from leave-us-alone libertarianism, manifested in the Congressional elections of 1994, to almost totalitarian statist nationalism. Whereas the conservative middle class once cheered the circumscribing of the federal government, it now celebrates power and adores the central state, particularly its military wing.” …

The invasion of Iraq has put the possibility of the end to American democracy on the table and has empowered groups on the Right that would acquiesce to and in some cases welcome the suppression of core American freedoms. That would be the titanic irony of course, the mother of them all—that a war initiated under the pretense of spreading democracy would lead to its destruction in one of its very birthplaces. But as historians know, history is full of ironies.

SECOND, AN INTELLIGENCE INSIDER'S WARNING:

Below is another warning on Christian Fascists in America, written by investigative journalist Wayne Madsen. Lest you think Madsen is just a kooky conspiracy theorist, please read his bio, which I found posted at Harvard University’s website (see below). A former U.S. Naval officer and National Security Agency computer security program expert, Madsen works with Congress on proposed legislation and has authored many publications on security issues, including one on data protection for The Hague. In addition, Madsen has served as an analyst for ABC and Fox News.

EXPOSÉ: THE “CHRISTIAN” MAFIA

WHERE THOSE WHO NOW RUN THE U.S. GOVERNMENT CAME FROM
—AND WHERE THEY ARE TAKING US

By Wayne Madsen

PART I

After several months of in-depth research and, at first, seemingly unrelated conversations with former high-level intelligence officials, lawyers, politicians, religious figures, other investigative journalists, and researchers, I can now report on a criminal conspiracy so vast and monstrous it defies imagination. Using “Christian” groups as tax-exempt and cleverly camouflaged covers, wealthy right-wing businessmen and “clergy” have now assumed firm control over the biggest prize of all – the government of the United States of America. First, some housekeeping is in order. My use of the term “Christian” is merely to clearly identify the criminal conspirators who have chosen to misuse their self-avowed devotion to Jesus Christ to advance a very un-Christian agenda. The term “Christian Mafia” is what several Washington politicians have termed the major conspirators and it is not intended to debase Christians or infer that they are criminals . I will also use the term Nazi – not for shock value – but to properly tag the political affiliations of the early founders of the so-called “Christian” power cult called the Fellowship. The most important element of this story is that a destructive religious movement has now achieved almost total control over the machinery of government of the United States – its executive, its legislature, several state governments, and soon, the federal judiciary, including the U.S. Supreme Court.

The United States has experienced religious and cult hucksters throughout its history, from Cotton Mather and his Salem witch burners to Billy Sunday, Father Charles Coughlin, Charles Manson, Jim Jones, David Koresh, Marshall Applewhite, and others. But none have ever achieved the kind of power now possessed by a powerful and secretive group of conservative politicians and wealthy businessmen in the United States and abroad who are known among their adherents and friends as The Fellowship or The Family. The Fellowship and its predecessor organizations have used Jesus in the same way that McDonald’s uses golden arches and Coca Cola uses its stylized script lettering. Jesus is a logo and a slogan for the Fellowship. Jesus is used to justify the Fellowship’s access to the highest levels of government and business in the same way Santa Claus entices children into department stores and malls during the Christmas shopping season….

8. Ask him this:
"Who was sitting in the Ryder truck on NW 5th street in OKC at 9:00 in the morning on April 19th?"
(Timothy McVeigh)

"Who was standing in the window across from the Lorraine Hotel in Memphis on April 4th with a rifle?"
(James Earl Ray)

"Who kept sending those packages that blew apart two people and injured many others between 1978 and 1995?"
(Ted Kaczynski)

"Who has been responsible for killing or trying to kill 24 Americans, and has bombed, burned, or attempted to do either to 179 family planning clinics in the United States since 1989?"
(Various Pro-life nutbags)

Not all terrorists are swarthy brown people. Plenty red-blooded "christian" Americans have terrorized and murdered their own countrymen. You want we should start profiling white people?

McVeigh won the Silver Star. Kaczynski was a highly educated man.

Should we start profiling every soldier and college professor in the nation? (If so, let's start with those that teach at Liberty University or Oral Roberts University).

Note: we should post these things here to let others know what's out there, and to allow them gather a defense to fight back. The only thing worse than stupid e-mail lists like these being spread around, is the failure to try to counter them with facts.

Propaganda's effects can be greatly diminished with an effort to spread the truth. Just my opinion...

15. Okay let's just humor him with a question
Our troops invaded Iraq to destroy radical muslims? No, we were there to find WMD's which were never there even though many people were telling * that there were none. Our country needs our support? Are we in imminent danger from radical muslims? The country that spawned these radical muslims is very good friends with Shrubco. Strange, uh? The radical muslim mastermind that supported the radical muslims that did this is in another country, Afghanistan or perhaps in Pakistan, yet we are focused now on "bringing democracy" to Iraq. What is the consequence of this? We have created a breeding ground for more radical muslim extremists. Is our government protecting us or simply making the world even more unsafe for us?

That is what I would send him.
