He's already told the fundies to take a flying leap and now the farmers are going to get their deserved screwing, so who else of his "loyalists" will be sold out next?

3. Pro-birthers or Homophobes
Those two groups are always screwed over by the Repukes they elect to office. You would think they would catch on that those issues are only of concern during election years.

4. There's one group he'll never piss on
The ones he himself calls his base. The super rich. The rest are just dingleberries... along for the ride.

8. On a couple of occasions
...He signaled that he wasn't gonna spend his "political capital" on Roe v. Wade, and he said in an interview that if you don't like what is on TV, turn the friken thing off, signalling an unwillingness to get more aggressive on regulations. These fundies want a Christian Taliban theocracy, and those sorts of comments just aren't on their wavelength. And he almost didn't even do "the Reagan" and phone the pro-life rally...I swear, Rove had to tie him to a chair, hand him the phone, and parrot the script into his earpiece!

He doesn't give a single shit about those people--they've been screwed, used and abused. Wonder when the dimwits will see the light?

11. The thing is, I agree with him on the TV thing.
When I used to go to church, there was a get-together at this girl's apartment and the people there watched the VMA's and Marylin Manson came on and they all started jeering at the TV and I said, "If you don't like it, change the channel."

But Bush is the ultimate user. He does what he wants to meet his end, so the people he uses get screwed.

14. Hey, I'm sure if we sat down with any monster we could find
...SOMETHING in common, even if it is something as silly as a fondness for jelly donuts, or gardening or whatever. Hell, Hitler was said to like dogs. Just because you agree with him on one issue does not mean you are infected, never fear.

The truth of the matter is that weecowboy is NOT an especially moral man. That's a costume he puts on, like a flight suit or an army warm-up jacket, or a baseball hat, to appeal to people who are flat out fucking STUPID and believe that the patina is the reality. I hope the silly fundies are starting to get it...they should spend the next four years repenting the absolute sin of their vote. The fools!

15. Slightly off-topic story about that Oval Office crapper
GHWB had a statue of an African male, one of those carvings that they sell to the tourists. It was quite large, nude, and anatomically more than correct. The privates were displayed horizontally to the floor, and upon them, GHWB hung the TOILET PAPER roll. He used to invite women to use his facilities just to see the look of discomfiture on their faces as they exited the bathroom. He thought that was a real "hoot."

I find this story disturbing on a number of levels. You've got crudeness, racism and sexism, all wrapped up in a single carved statue. From the daddy of Mr. Honor and Dignity to the White House, no less....

17. Yes, absolutely true

It's in Kitty Kelley's book--she talked to people who had seen the offending statuette.

On edit, because we all like a little proof, here's a cite from the GOP paper in Boston, that mentioned the offending item: http://news.bostonherald.com/election/view.bg?articleid=44131

The elder president also had a randy side. George H.W. Bush kept a three-foot-high anatomically correct male fertility statue in the Oval Office bathroom. The president kept a roll of toilet paper on the extended male organ.
