Would CNN give us one hour of liberal news nightly?
Does anyone know anyone who could ask? We haven't watched news in four or so years but it would be nice to tune in every night again if it was safe. It would have to be a totally liberal broadcaster with totally liberal news and totally liberal guests (no shrieking debates, I don't give a rat's ass what the other side thinks). Good sponsors would be Paul Newman's spaghetti sauce and Ben & Jerry's chunky monkey ice cream. Of course we wouldn't rate prime time but maybe something before 2 a.m. I would call it "The Liberal News Hour...All the Truth All the Time" but am open to suggestions.

1. Why does it have to be liberal news?
Why not just truthful, unbiased news brought to you by real journalists with journalistic standards?

2. Liberals want news HARD and STRAIGHT, filled with facts and real info.
Sadly, we only get rightwing spun drivel from CNN, FOX and MSNBC and the other hordes of corporate agenda networks.

9. And I'd like
to win the Powerball. Your standards are very high. I don't know that they are humanly possible. For a conservative or a liberal.

7. News with no spin whatsoever would be appropriate.
CNN is a profound misrepresentation of a news outlet, and of course no one could possibly take Fox or MSNBC seriously.

Looks like we're all on our own! Apparently it's up to everyone to do whatever he/she can to get a sense of things however possible.

Common sense tells Democrats when they're being lied to, and Republicans simply don't care as long as it favors their agenda.

It would be a luxury to see great people showing up more in discussions to keep them honest, but they aren't popular with Bush-directed cable news networks.

Republicans can't understand it would be in their interest to have a clean government.

11. If they provided the news that they send out to the international world
and cease and desist from propgandizing for the cabal reich for one hour a day it would still be a slap in the face. There are more Americans and American-Democrats than the cabal and their reich followers. We make up a larger per cent of the people who own the airwaves and look what we get. It is an outrage we accept everyday, allday. We are fools.
