Show them we care...
We have the oppertunity to show that we support our troops by doing more than having a yellow ribbon magnet on our cars.

Go to http://anysoldier.com/index.cfm and see what you can do to send a piece of home to those serving in this horror called war.

Thanks.

1. Where's the website to show the Iraqi victims we care?
I do care about our soldiers -as people-, not as soldiers.

I want them to come home and stop killing people who want nothing to do with us. Leave Iraq the fuck alone now!

Kwikpoint Visual Language Translators can help soldiers save lives! They enable users to improve communication through hundreds of universally understood color pictures. They help eliminate language barriers and don't require batteries. Kwikpoint VLTs are folding, picture cards and are easy to use--just point to pictures or text phrases in Arabic, Farsi, Pashto, Hindi and others. Answers are given by pointing to pictures. More than 250,000 have been fielded in the Global War on Terror.

This picture says, "Drop your weapons and prepare to be sodomized."

2. i think it is sad
that it has come down to individual citizens supplying our armed forces with the things they need, instead of (as in other times of conflict) providing sundries that give a sense of home to them. in looking over the list I was struck at how many of the items listed seem to be preciesly that which the government should be providing directly...not through citizen charity....

....with the exception of the money going to schools, the words of the bumper sticker seems to be coming closer to reality:

4. love it...
" It will be a great day when our schools get all the money they
need and the air force has to hold a bake sale to buy a bomber".
