1. Of course she/the administration does. The "bad intel" Bushies refer
to was the "intel" their own people concocted since the established intel agencies weren't giving them info that supported their claims and policies.

Which is of course why they are asserting greater control of the CIA so that it will serve as a rubber stamp for the Administration and serve up "intel" made to order.

2. They can do the same thing with poling too.
Through their "friends" = "The people of the U.S.A. want . . . ." fill in the blank to suite your self, pollsters can engineer "proof".

Custom pols to support whatever your agenda is. It's called focus grouping, and it's controled by corporate fascists, and affects everyone in this country.
